We do not guarantee claim approval. Final decisions are made by the relevant train operating company.
3. Eligibility & User Responsibilities
By using our service, you confirm that:

You are the lawful ticket holder or authorised to claim on their behalf

The information you provide is accurate and complete

You are not submitting duplicate claims for the same journey
You agree not to submit fraudulent or misleading information.
4. Fees & Commission
DelayDog operates on a “No Win, No Fee” basis.
If your claim is successful, we charge a commission of:
10%–15% of the total compensation awarded, plus VAT where applicable.
The exact commission percentage will be disclosed before claim submission and may vary depending on:

If no compensation is awarded, you owe us nothing.
5. Payment Handling
Compensation may be paid:

Directly to you by the train operator, or

To DelayDog on your behalf
Where compensation is paid to us, we will deduct our agreed commission and transfer the remaining balance to you promptly.
You authorise us to deduct our commission from any compensation received on your behalf.
6. Your Right to Claim Directly
You are not required to use DelayDog.
You may submit Delay Repay claims directly to train operators free of charge.
By using our service, you acknowledge that you are choosing a convenience-based claims service in exchange for our commission fee.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your claim request before submission without charge.
If you cancel after submission and compensation is later awarded, our commission remains payable.
8. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:

Report suspected fraudulent activity
Submitting fraudulent claims may result in legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:

Our total liability shall not exceed the commission paid to us in relation to the relevant claim.
